How to Join the Gitchi-Gami Trail Association

The membership drive activities of the Gitchi-Gami Trail Association (GGTA)are on-going. We need you to be a member. If you are already a member, we thank you. Please tell others about our efforts to build this premier non-motorized trail and urge them to join our organization.

Membership dues, in part, are used to pay for the GGTA's operations budget. These funds are used to create our newsletter, our annual ride brochure,and to develop a line of GGTA merchandise. Our merchandise is available at Gooseberry Falls, Split Rock Light House and Tettegouche State Parks.

The GGTA membership is statewide. A great percentage of GGTA members live outside the Lake Superior watershed. This widespread membership is key to developing broad State and Federal legislative support for the completion of the Trail. Please consider joining our organization to help us reach our goal of having a premier non-motorized trail from Two Harbors to Grand Marais, MN.
